Can I use a cookie mix for these?

Everyone liked them at the party. One thing needs to be said is spray the tops of the mini muffin pans also then the cookies will come out better.

There was too much sugar for the cream-cheese topping. I had to add more cream cheese to balance it out.

I'm looking forward to making these cute tasty looking little treats. I don't anticipate having any problem removing them from the pan. The first of the directions say to spray the pans.

I had a lot of difficulty with the cookie sticking to the mini muffin tins also. On the second try I sprayed the tins with baking spray and when the cookies were baked and cooled I tapped the tin on the counter and they were easily released. Hope this helps anyone having the same problem. Good Luck!

Moosey123, If you add up the calories in all of the ingredients and divide by 12 it comes out to 266 calories per serving (based on 12 servings)

These cheesecake cookie cups look great however, baking cookies in mini muffin tins just dosent work. When the cookies came out of the oven they needed to be chiseled out of the tin. What is left are crumbs all over the kitchen.
