I made this last night for dinner. My husband LOVED it! After reading a lot of the comments, I made a few changes. I added 1/4 cup bar-b-que sauce, 1/8 cup relish, 1/4 ketchup, 2 tbs mustard, diced onion (when cooking hamburger). It was great and I will definately be making it again!! I am always looking for something quick to fix for dinner. Next time, I am going to try to make a Pizza Version of this.

Didn't use relish, added 1 tsp mustard, a little garlic salt while cooking hamburger mixture. Very good. Tasted like cheeseburgers. I served with cut up pickles and catsup. Hubby really liked it too. Super easy ad quick.

I made some changes before I made this recipe after reading the comments from other members. I omitted the pickle relish all together and I added about 2 Tbsps. Spicy Brown Mustard,1/2 c. Ketchup, Turkey instead of ground beef, a can of Ranch Style Beans, and a can of mild Ro-Tel. I sauted purple onions with my turkey that alone was a great start. After it was browned I added the beans,Ro-Tel and then about 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese. I spooned it into the pie plate and sprinkled a little more cheese across the top and covered it with the Pillsbury Crescents and baked. I served it to my family an

Absolutely easy and delicious! I added mustard, garlic and onion powder and seasoned salt. Buttery rolls. I also forget to drain the meat. Next time I will remember.

I made the casserole just like the recipe except I added one tablespoon mustard. My 12 year old granddaughter said "it tastes just like a cheeseburger". Very good recipe!! Plan to make it again, using the mustard and adding some chopped onions while browning the ground beef.

Good basic recipe for quick meal, I used a sharper cheese and a little minced onion with the ground meat, or use part sweet sausage, or a few fresh chopped mushrooms. A pinch of sloppy Joe seasoning works good for flavor plus a healthy grind of black pepper, scrap the relish and add a bit of spicy mustard. Also good if you beat up two eggs with the filling mixture gives it a firmer texture easier to cut into neat wedges. Leftovers make a quick next day lunch.

As written it is very bland, I added onion, garlic, basil and thyme... did 1/4c ketchup and 1/4c bbq sauce... I also added a can of black beans. The flavor was good this way, however, the crescent rolls were still gummy/doughy on the underside and the top was very brown... not sure how to correct that but will try it again. The filling was definitely a keeper with said changes, maybe I'll do the crescents separate...

This was an excellent recipe for one of those "I don't know what to cook" nights. I had everything on hand, which is easy to say since there are very few ingredients! The most difficult part was the clean-up and even THAT was a breeze :) When DH walked in and said "What's for supper?" I had to reply Cheeseburger 'Pie' because he steers clear of anything called a casserole! He looked skeptical, but ate it anyway. Much to his surprise, even he really liked it! (I'm still not going to admit to him that it's one of those nasty 'c' words!) It got two thumbs up from this household! Thank you for the
