Wow was I surprised with this one! This is a crowd pleaser, and the serving size is just right when served with a side salad. Yummy! I recommend this to anyone especially if you are cooking on a budget. I have picky eaters and they would have eaten it if i used a less spicy salsa and taco seasoning, I also chopped up the mushrooms to hide them. I suggest using your favorite taco seasoning and salsa, This is a winner in my house!
