This is the second time I have made them and as usual turned out great. I am not a big fan of feta but the hubby just loves these little tasty trinagles.

Very tastey. However, I probably won't make these again as I DONT enjoy making ravioli. That's what it was like making these. A previous poster said they made theirs bigger. That may have been easier. Bummer.

Made this today with a few revisions. I did not have feta cheese; I used the cabot sharp cheddar and mixed tomato powder and basil in it. I did not use parmesan cheese. My husband liked them a lot and I did too. They were very easy to make and took only a little time. Will definitely make again.

Made this last night but used garlic crescent dough and used plain feta, chopped onion, fresh grated parmesan and added a little fresh chopped spinach. They were great, and the family asked me to make more.

Made these using the garlic crescent dough, used plain feta cheese with chopped onion, chopped spinach and fresh grated parmesan. They were fantastic. Also, made mine larger, rather than bite size.
