Ingredients

  • 4 (7 or 8-inch) whole wheat or flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons purchased sandwich spread
  • 4 (1-oz.) slices hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 (1-oz.) slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small cucumber, very thinly sliced
  • 1 small red or green bell pepper, seeded, very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts

    Spread each tortilla with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the sandwich spread to within 1 inch of edges.

    Top with cheeses, cucumber, bell pepper and alfalfa sprouts. Roll up each tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap.
