Ingredients

cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1
teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
Pinch of coarse sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Pinch of smoked paprika, if desired

  • 1 In small bowl, stir together all ingredients vigorously with fork until well blended. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
