I made this as a side dish. This is so good you cant stop eating it. Saved the leftover for the next night and before dinner was put on the table it was eaten all up. Yummy Great Job.

I made this as a side dish for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I added more cheese and placed crushed ritz on the bottom of tha dish as well...very yummy!!!

I made this for Easter dinner, I don't care for Green Bean Cassarole. Very tastey, I'm a cheese lover, so, I added more chesse. Thanks for a good brocolli recipe. Easy to make & bake.

We made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit with grown up and kids a like. We used fresh broccoli. I think next time I may try the broccoli/cauliflower mix for a variation. Great consistency and flavor. This is a definite keeper in my recipe box.

My Sister-In-Law made this for the family last week (she had had your book from the Library). She asked me to taste it before she served it. FABULOUS! And, obviously it went over well because there wasn''t enough to go around. I printed the recipe to use tomorrow. I cook for my mother (she''s in a nursing center and won''t eat their food) so tomorrow she will get my fried chicken, the Cheddar Broccoli Bake and rice. Sounds good to me! Thanks
