This is easy to make and also impressive to bring to a potluck or friends bar b q. Has a little bit of everything so anyone will like it!

I made a test batch of this salad before making it for my daughter''s wedding reception. Everyone liked it, and it''s very colorful. I think it''s too dry, however, and will be adding some olive oil based salad dressing.
