Cashew-White Chocolate Drops

Blend cashews and chunks of white chocolate into rich cookie dough for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup sugar

cup butter, softened

teaspoons milk

teaspoon vanilla

egg

cups all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking soda

cup coarsely chopped cashew halves and pieces
1
cup white chocolate chunks (from 12-oz. pkg.)
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and egg; blend well. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in cashews and chocolate chunks.
  • 2 Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 3 Bake at 375°F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
