Cashew Chicken Wraps

Rich and buttery, cashews are rounded, kidney-shaped nuts that grow out of the bottom of the cashew apple. Cashews are sold whole or in pieces. Store them in an airtight container.

Try wrapping this delicious cashew-chicken filling in spinach or pesto tortillas. Not only will these tortillas add a splash of color, they’ll give the wraps an extra bit of flavor.

To make Cashew Chicken Bites for appetizers or snacks, omit the tomato slices and cut the wraps into 1-inch pieces.
