I made it last year for Thanksgiving - it was so good I have made it throughout the year! I substituted yams for the carrots this Thanksgiving, and it was delicious. This is one of the best recipes I have tried. I am going to try pumpkin - it would make a delicious pie!

I hate carrots, raw or cooked, and this is the only way I will eat them! Made it last year for Thanksgiving for the first time and it came out perfect. It has now become my yearly dish that I bring to thanksgiving!
