My husband's new favorite dessert :) I didn't have a tart pan, used a 10" spring-form pan and it worked out just fine.

I just made this for my mother-in-law's birthday since she loves carrot cake. She said this is now her favorite dessert. This recipe is a keeper.

this was amazing!! I didn't have a tart pan, but used 10.5" deep dish baker and it turned out fine - just had to serve from the pan.....

If you love carrot cake and pie, this is the perfect dessert. It is delish and looks beautiful especially if you are having a dinner party. I just loved the texture and the taste.

I just made this for the second time for a dinner party. They all loved it, this tart is so immressive looking and easy to make! Yay! I do think it would bake just as well with lite butter and lower fat cream cheese, but it relly is the perfect "treat" as it is.
