6: pretzel sticks

1: tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips, melted

6: animal crackers

1: container (1 lb) strawberry whipped ready-to-spread frosting

6: unfrosted cupcakes, paper baking cups removed

: Candy sprinkles

6: small paper beverage umbrellas

Directions

1 Dip 1 inch of one end of each pretzel into melted chocolate chips; press on back of 1 animal cracker. Place on sheet of waxed paper; let stand until chocolate is set.
2 Meanwhile, spread frosting on sides and bottom of cupcakes. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles. Insert 1 animal cracker on pretzel into each cupcake. Place umbrellas in center of cupcake.

For fun, use any flavor of frosting and cupcakes that you like.

To make frosting the cupcakes easier, freeze them for 30 minutes before frosting.

Use melted chocolate chips as the "glue" to hold the pretzel to the animal cracker. Refrigerate the pretzels and crackers to "set" the chocolate quickly.
