Wonderful recipe! I added pineapple chunks and will kick up the spiciness with spicier salsa next time, but it turned out even better than I thought it would! My family loved this and will definitely make this again and again.

This is such a great recipie! It is one of my family's standby's. The greatest thing about this is that you can vary the heat of it by just using milder or hotter salsa. It's also FANTASTIC with mango-or pineapple salsa. I think your family will love this dish as much as ours do!

This was fabulous!! I served it with the rice and substituted coconut milk for the water in the rice. Also added Pineapple chunks to the chicken. YUMMMY

My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. It''s a sweet, tangy recipe. Next time I will add some garlic and pineapple chunks.
