Awesome recipe!!! The favors all compliment each other very well. The biscuit was a nice touch too. I didn't change a thing tho next time I will use a bit more dill in the cucumber sauce. It's a keeper!!

Whoops! I found my error--red wine vinegar and red wine! Sorry for the question. The blend of flavors sounds wonderful and I can't wait to try it this week.

Sounds delicious but I'm confused about the red vinegar ingredient which is listed twice yet used once in the recipe. Please clarify! Thanks,

This was just delicious. The combination of the cold cucumber spread with the carmelized onions was out of this world!!! So good!

Made them for my picky family. They didnt want to try the cucumber topping but did anyway and surprise they liked it. My husband told me its a keeper need to make more next time they are yummy!!!!

Served these last friday to three generations including male & female and WHAT A HIT with EVERYONE! This recipe is a keeper and will be added to our family favorites! My retired dad asked if I could make 80 burgers for their next motorcoach rally! Susie ~ You are a true artist!

Absolutely delicious! I love the sweetness of the onions and how it contrasts with the saltiness of the feta. I could seriously eat the cucumber sauce with a spoon, it is that good!

This was amazing! The onions were so sweet and contrasted great with the cucumber sauce! I never thought to use a biscuit as a hamburger bun - it worked great! I will add this one to my favorites!
