Awesome recipe. I made one change though. Instead of Gruyere cheese, I used swiss cheese. Which has the same great taste at a third of the cost. It tasted fantastic.

Delicious appetizer! I did make a few changes: bake the crescent rolls for only 8 minutes as I tried 10 minutes and they were too brown. I used about 1/4 C each of the olives and roasted red peppers rather than 2 T. Yummy!
