Ingredients

1: cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2: cup chopped pecans

1/2: cup whipping cream

1/4: cup light corn syrup

2: tablespoons butter or margarine

1/2: teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1 In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
2 Stir in vanilla. Cool about 15 minutes or until thickened. Store in refrigerator.

I made this last year for Thanksgiving to put on my pumpkin cheesecake. It is divine. Everyone raved about it and loved it. I lost the exact recipe and found it here on Pillsbury's site so I can make it again this year. Try it on ice cream, pie, rolls, anything!!!!!
