Ingredients

1: bag (14 oz) caramels, unwrapped

1/2: cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces

1/2: cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

40: paper lollipop sticks

40: large marshmallows

2 1/2: cups cocktail peanuts, chopped

Directions

1 In large microwavable bowl, microwave caramels, butter and condensed milk uncovered on High 3 minutes or until caramels can be stirred smooth.
2 For each pop, insert 1 lollipop stick into 1 end of marshmallow. Spread caramel mixture onto marshmallow, using back of spoon to coat completely; roll marshmallow in peanuts. Place on waxed paper to harden, about 5 minutes.
