Made these Saturday for breakfast. My husband and 13 year old daughter loved them. I did substitute toasted pecans for the peanuts and they were yummy. My large muffin pan only does six so that's what I did and it worked fine. Yum yum.

This recipe is AWESOME! I won our company dessert contest with this, and won an 18 quart electric roaster. One of the judges described it as "a little bite of heaven." Now I am making them for Thanksgiving.
