Heat oven to 400°F. Set icing from caramel rolls aside. Bake rolls as directed on can; cool completely.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Generously spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and cloves; mix well.
Cut rolls into 1-inch cubes. Add to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in raisins. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour mixture into baking dish.
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until set. Dollop individual servings with reserved icing. Serve warm.
