can (13.9 oz) Pillsbury® caramel rolls with icing

1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1
tablespoon ground ginger
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup raisins

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Set icing from caramel rolls aside. Bake rolls as directed on can; cool completely.
  • 2 Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Generously spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and cloves; mix well.
  • 3 Cut rolls into 1-inch cubes. Add to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in raisins. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  • 4 Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until set. Dollop individual servings with reserved icing. Serve warm.
