While this tasted really good, it had problems. I was so careful not to overcook the caramel sauce, but after 25 minutes in the oven and less than 10 minutes of sitting on our breakfast table, the caramel was very stiff. Further, the chai flavor was barely perceptible. I think I'd rather make regular ol' monkey bread and enhance it to include chai spices.
