Excellent Pie. Fairly easy to make. Was a hug hit at a party, I had to send out the recepie several times.

I"ve made this twice, and both times it was a real hit!! I will keep this recipe and make it often, esp when apples are in season.

My Family LOVED this recipe!!!
My youngest daughter (which usually doesn't like sweets that much) ate 2 BIG pieces. This is now her favorite dessert!
