Thanks to dawno33 for the tip. I just discovered with the last time I made these you don't press the cookie dough up the sides of the pans. Did exactly as you said and everything came out right. Wonderful cookie and always are devoured each time I make them. Delicious!!!! Guests ask when I'll be making them again. I tell them, Get a group together and I'll bring the toppers!!

You do not have to press the cookies up the sides of the pans. Simple press lightly to the bottom of the pan. When the cookies bake they will puff up. When they cool, they will naturally fall more in the middle than on the edges to form a cup.

Had the same question as someone else. Do you press the cookies up the sides of the pan? I did with some difficulty, but it worked out. Made these for company and they couldn't get enough of them. Have many requests for these for all occasions. Will be making double batch for a Grad. party sweet table. Delicious!!!!

These are called "cups" so are the cookies pressed up the sides at all or just left flat in the bottom of the baking cups? I love anything Cappuccino...instead of sprinkling with mini chips; what about drizzling with caramel and make a Caramel Cappuccino Cup.

You can probably 'lighten up' the recipe by using 1/3 less fat cream cheese and no fat non-dairy topping.

I made these with 2 tablespoons instant decaf coffee instead of the instant cappucino since my husband avoids caffeine. They were very good. My husband took some to work and his co-workers liked them, too.
