Delicious! I made using peanut butter cookie dough. Didn't have any problem cutting the bars.

Very easy to make and delicious but a little on the sweet side. I found only one problem when cutting them. The top would break into pieces and the filling squish out from the sides. I tried cutting when cool, refrigerated and frozen.

This is definitely not too sweet - the salted peanuts in the filling help cut the sweet, plus, you need to make sure you cut the bars small enough, as in the recipe. Cutting into 36 bars makes the bars the perfect size.
