Ingredients

(19.5-oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/4
cup water
1/2
cup oil
1
teaspoon mint extract
2
eggs

(4.67-oz.) pkg. (28) foil-wrapped rectangular chocolate mints, unwrapped

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, mint extract and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread batter in greased pan.
  2. 2 Bake at 350°F. for 31 to 33 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  3. 3 Immediately arrange chocolate mints evenly over brownies. Let stand 5 minutes or until mints are softened.
  4. 4 Using knife or spatula, spread mints gently, swirling slightly. Cool until chocolate starts to set. Cut into bars. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
