This quiche was the BEST tasting quiche that has ever been in my mouth. It was costly to make, and took time, but you can not go to a restaurant and order quiche because it is too time consuming and not cheap for diners and an eye popper ($) on the menu.
I did have to go back to the store to buy a pre-made deep dish pie crust as I am horrible at making homemade pie crusts, so using the Pillsbury crust became messy and just didn't work. I also used the tips of the asparagus as my hub and I do not like the stalk. I pre-boiled the tips to ensure they would be soft enough which they turend out

I substituted bell peppers, onions and tomatoes for the asparagus and this was absolutely delicious. The second time I made it I used bacon in place of Canadian bacon and next time I will try with sausage. Im sure it will be just as good as the other two times I made it.
