Canadian Bacon and Potato Quiche

Havarti cheese adds a mild, creamy flavor that pairs perfectly with the asparagus and Canadian bacon.

This quiche was the BEST tasting quiche that has ever been in my mouth. It was costly to make, and took time, but you can not go to a restaurant and order quiche because it is too time consuming and not cheap for diners and an eye popper ($) on the menu. I did have to go back to the store to buy a pre-made deep dish pie crust as I am horrible at making homemade pie crusts, so using the Pillsbury crust became messy and just didn't work. I also used the tips of the asparagus as my hub and I do not like the stalk. I pre-boiled the tips to ensure they would be soft enough which they turend out

I substituted bell peppers, onions and tomatoes for the asparagus and this was absolutely delicious. The second time I made it I used bacon in place of Canadian bacon and next time I will try with sausage. Im sure it will be just as good as the other two times I made it.
