Canadian Bacon and Egg Baskets

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated original breadsticks
6
slices Canadian bacon (3 1/4 inches in diameter)
1/3
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6
eggs, scrambled
2
tablespoons diced roasted red bell peppers

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; separate into 12 breadsticks. Shape each of 6 breadsticks into a coil; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out each coil into 3 1/2-inch round.
  2. 2 Twist each remaining breadstick and wrap around edge of 1 round to make 1/2-inch rim; press edge to seal. Press each dough round to 3 1/2-inch diameter. Place bacon in center of each; sprinkle each with cheese.
  3. 3 Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  4. 4 Divide eggs evenly onto bread baskets; sprinkle with roasted peppers.
