GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine all slaw ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over both sides of catfish. If using grill basket, brush with oil. When ready to grill, place fish in basket. Place basket or fish fillets on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals. Cook 6 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once.
Place buns, cut sides down, on grill rack. Cook about 30 seconds or until toasted. Place fish fillets on bottom halves of buns; top each with 1/4 cup slaw. Cover with top halves of buns.
