Caesar Tuna "Noodle" Salad

Ingredients

box (7.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® Caesar salad mix

package (9 oz) Green Giant™ frozen baby sweet peas

cup olive oil
1/4
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoons milk
1
medium stalk celery, sliced (1/2 cup)
4
medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
1
can (12 oz) albacore tuna, drained
1/4
cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)

leaves romaine lettuce
1
lemon, cut into 8 wedges

Directions

  1. 1 Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water; heat to boiling. Add Pasta. Gently boil, uncovered, 12 minutes , stirring occasionally and adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine Seasoning and Crouton Blend, oil, mayonnaise and milk. Stir in celery and green onions. Add tuna and cheese; mix well. Stir in cooked pasta.
  3. 3 Cover; refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled. Place 3 leaves lettuce on each of 4 plates. Divide salad evenly over lettuce; top each with 2 lemon wedges.
