Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic and turkey; cook and stir 5 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package.
Add tomato sauce, beans and oregano to turkey mixture; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Drain rotini. Serve turkey mixture over rotini.
