lb. lean ground beef

cup crushed tortilla chips
1/4
cup Old El Paso™ Salsa

oz. (1/2 cup) shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese

(8-inch) flour tortillas, heated
1/2
cup purchased bean dip
1
cup shredded lettuce
1
tomato, chopped
Guacamole, if desired
Old El Paso™ Salsa, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. In large bowl, combine ground beef, tortilla chips, 1/4 cup salsa and cheese; mix well. Shape into 4 rectangular patties, about 6 to 7 inches long and 2 inches wide.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 to 17 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
  3. 3 To serve, spread one side of each warm tortilla with bean dip. Place patties on tortillas; top with lettuce and tomato. Fold bottom of each tortilla up over filling; fold sides over. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
