Heat grill. In large bowl, combine ground beef, tortilla chips, 1/4 cup salsa and cheese; mix well. Shape into 4 rectangular patties, about 6 to 7 inches long and 2 inches wide.
When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 to 17 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
To serve, spread one side of each warm tortilla with bean dip. Place patties on tortillas; top with lettuce and tomato. Fold bottom of each tortilla up over filling; fold sides over. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
