I will definitely make this again, but I will used maybe crushed tomatoes and go easier on the onions. It was, however, a very delightful change for our family.

I liked it but didn't find it had much taste. I also added ketchup to mine. Would make it again but spice it up a bit

I liked this very much -- added ketchup to give it a little kick

I make this with sweet potato fries on top and add in a bag of frozen mixed veggies. SOOOO good!

To shorten your prep and clean up time, try using an oven-proof skillet for this and make it a one pan meal. I used my cast iron skillet and then just popped the whole thing into the oven.

I make something just like this but i use tator tots, and i use mushroom soup either the golden or the roast garlic. u cook the beef and put in the cassarole lay tots on top cook for 20 minutes then take out and put cheese on top and back in the oven to melt the cheese.

You could also hide some veggies in there like corn, green beans, add a can of condensed cheddar cheese soup (do not dilute) into the mix and a bag of frozen mixed veggies your choice, carrots, peas and corn work well, and dinner is served.
