I will definitely make this again, but I will used maybe crushed tomatoes and go easier on the onions. It was, however, a very delightful change for our family.

I liked it but didn't find it had much taste. I also added ketchup to mine. Would make it again but spice it up a bit

I liked this very much -- added ketchup to give it a little kick also made it with the shoestring potatoes and worked just as well. Would make it again soon.

I make this with sweet potato fries on top and add in a bag of frozen mixed veggies. SOOOO good!

To shorten your prep and clean up time, try using an oven-proof skillet for this and make it a one pan meal. I used my cast iron skillet and then just popped the whole thing into the oven.

You could also hide some veggies in there like corn, green beans, add a can of condensed cheddar cheese soup (do not dilute) into the mix and a bag of frozen mixed veggies your choice, carrots, peas and corn work well, and dinner is served.
