Ingredients

lb bulk light turkey and pork sausage

medium onions, chopped (1 cup)

cups cut (1-inch) fresh green beans (8 oz)

cups diced unpeeled potato (about 8 oz)

medium fresh tomatoes, chopped with juices (2 cups)

cup tomato paste

can (14 oz) beef broth

Directions

  1. 1 Heat nonstick Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until onions are tender.
  2. 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until green beans are tender.
