Sloppy Joes

lb ground beef

large onion, chopped (1 cup)

stalks celery, thinly sliced (3 cups)

can (8 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato sauce

can (6 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato paste
1/2
cup Buffalo wing sauce

tablespoon cider vinegar

teaspoons chili powder

hamburger buns, split, toasted

Blue Cheese Sauce

container (8 oz) sour cream
2/3
cup crumbled blue cheese
1
green onion, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)

teaspoons Buffalo wing sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain. Spoon beef mixture into slow cooker. Add remaining sloppy joe ingredients except buns; stir well.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
  3. 3 In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. To serve, spoon 1/3 cup sloppy joe mixture on bottom half of each bun. Spread 1 tablespoon sauce on top half of each bun; place over meat.
