For the cajun seasoning, I used Mrs. Dash Fiesta Limespice. It is just enough kick.

These wings turned out great! The flavor is good and it is so easy to make. I cooked the wings longer than it called for. 25 minutes with just the breading then add the sauce and cook for another 25 minutes. I also added a dash of liquid smoke to the sauce.
