I thought these were good. I am not sure why jewls258 left the review they did.I thought it was common knowledge that these convenience doughs have to be cold to work properly. The same can be said of cookie dough or anything else.Rolled cookie dough must be cold to work which is why they tell you to keep in the fridge. As far as rolling in a ball I take it as a general idea as to shape. Rarely are recipes set in stone.Seasonings, shapes, cooking times are suggestions or averages.I never expect my finished products to look like the pictures. They are made by food stylists who use tweezers to set sesame seeds etc.The pics are to give you an idea of how things look.Unless you are a food stylist or work for food network yours will probably not look exactly like the picture.

My friend made this for a scrapbook party and they were so light and fluffy. They melt in your mouth with lots of flavor!

The taste was great, but the recipe left out some info. For instance, the dough needs to stay cold or it gets loose and hard to handle. Rolling the mixture into a round ball is not very easy to do. Using a small roller for "spreading out" the pastry would be easier. Next time I am going to opt for the crescent rolls and roll it out and cut out squares. I would make this again, but my way.

My family loved this appetizer at Christmas. We do a very relaxed buffet style meal and it was a hit! Definitely will be making it again as everyone asked for the recipe and I loved it too!

This is the best appetizer I have ever eaten. I enjoyed them so much I wanted to make a meal out of these Buffalo Chicken Crescent Puffs every time I have them. They are like eating potato chips, you can not stop at one. They have such a wonderfull flavor and taste I can't get enough ! These Puff's even leave a wonderful taste in your mouth even after you have finished them.

I made the recipe twice because I didn't get the textureor the real flavor of the chicken or celery because I had minced them instead of a small chop. The second time they were great. I'm thinking of using this with shrimp.

These were fairly time consuming to make but once I tasted them, they were worth the effort! I would definitely make them again.
