Just won a family cookoff contest with this recipe!!!! They were a total hit! I even beat out our two professional chefs!!! However I did use canned chicken and not fresh chicken chunks... it gave the filling a wonderful creamy texture! Also, I prefer to use "Crystal Hot Sauce" for its milder flavor (added one extra 1/2 tbsp... or if you like it hot... add till it suits your taste buds) A bit time consuming but WORTH IT!

We have had the Buffalo Chicken Crescent Puffs on several occasions, and they are the best appetizers I have ever eaten. "Kudos to the cook" Judi

This is a wonderful recipe! It's time consuming but ooo so good. I made over 100 of them for my housewarming and people loved them! Next time I wont chop the chicken up so much because you almost loose the taste of the chicken! They have already been requested for another event!

This recipe is delicious but a lot of work! It's like making 26 mini pizzas. I brought it to a superbowl party and it was gobbled up! I'm just not sure I would go to the trouble again!
