I made this but with a few variations, like I added 2 tbl of red onion and used Sriracha hot sauce. Turned out great! Love this recipe!

For those who complained about making balls...if you watch the video, Beth uses a small icecream scoop. Much easier than rolling them in your hands. And if you pull the dough up and over then turn them upside down (as Beth did in the video) it all works smoothly. Make them and enjoy! Good job Beth.

Made these the other night, and loved the flavor. Just seemed a little too much dough, so I made them again using the Crescent rounds in mini muffin cups without a top crust and they were perfect. I topped with the bread crumbs and butter & sprinkled with small amount of cayenne pepper.

I made this recipe for a party. It was labor intensive and I thought it lacked extreme flavor. I found that the filling cold was actually more flavorful than hot. The next time i may use biscuits instead of crescents because the crescents were thin and difficult to surround the filling and I was afraid that when it cooked it would pour out of the shell, but it didn't. I will probably make it again but serve it cold with crackers.

As a Culinary Student at AIFL in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, this recipe is great practice of baking and culinary skills. I love the fact, that this recipe is creative and shows that this is much better alternative to Buffalo Chicken Wings and with the Bleu Cheese dressing nutrition wise. I like the fact that Beth, incorporated celery and panko bread crums as well. What a GREAT Idea and she deserves a blue ribbon for taking the time to be so inventive!

What a great new way of doing an old favorite! Thank you so much for coming up with a way to have the Buffalo Wing Dip and a handy way to eat it. I love Panko crumbs and putting them on the outside of the cresant rolls is great. I took them to work, to my hairdresser and to book club. Everyone wanted the recipe. Thank you for a great munchie
