I made this recipe for a meeting at work. I made 4 batches of this recipe and I could not believe how quick they disappeared. Talk about a hit. Now I am requested to make them all the time. Great recipe.

It's really good, it's just takes longer to prepare than I expected.

Ok I made this and everyone liked it. But I used my own buffalo chicken dip inside I have a very easy recipe. My first time I had trouble with the crescent dough. It looks a alot easier on the video.

Made this recipe for a luncheon today and was not impressed. I think the Frank's buffalo chicken dip recipe with chips is better.

I just made this recipe, delicious. I used straight crumbled bleu cheese and didn't think it was too strong and I would not think to use bleu cheese on my salads or with hot wings normally. I think it could've used a little more hot sauce, our store did not have Franks so I had to use an off brand, I normally prefer Franks. I used flour and a dough roller to roll out the rounds which worked really well, I used drops of water to seal the dough once wrapped. I think the preparation time is more than listed on recipe but the end result is a really tasty snack.

I live near Buffalo.. if you want authentic try to find Franks Hot Sauce. That is the main sauce the restaurants here use. I know some dont like bleu cheese but that is also authentic. I would not use straight crumbled bleu cheese..it would be too strong.I would use a little bleu cheese dressing. The whole object of it is to counter the hot. Here no one would use ranch and would get picked on but that is a regional thing.Too often they call anything orange or spicy "buffalo". Here it is Franks, a little butter and occasionally a tiny bit of vinegar.

I haven't made this yet but was wondering if you could substitute something for the bleu cheese as I'm not a big fan of bleu cheese.

Tasted this at a pot luck and ran home to find the recipe. I can't wait to make them for my next wine tasting group.
