This was great! If you like it hotter just add a bit more hot sauce. I didn't have Cajun seasoning so I just flavored it up with some hot sauce, cayenne pepper and some garlic poweder. It was moist and flavorful, a nice change. Thanks

These were fantastic! Our whole family loved them. They have a great combination of flavors; the spicy sauce with the blue cheese and the buttery biscuit. An excellent sandwich with so much flavor. We will definately make these again.

Nothing better than Chicken in a Biscuit, but the blue cheese and hot sauce take this burger to a different level!!!! Mike this recipe rocks!!!!!!
