I made this by using ground turkey instead of grinding chicken in my food processor. i added blue cheese crumbles to the turkey with the seasoning and 1 tbl of flour. i topped it with Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce while it grilled. It was very tasty. Definitely make again!

I am curious what the calories would be if you didn't add any of the butter. The meat should have it's own natural fat without the butter

Anyone thought of using turkey meat in place of chicken? I use turkey in place of beef and I am wondering how well this would work? I think I am going to give it a try! Im Looking forward to it.

sounds great! for those of you who don't want to put your chicken in the food processor and then deal with the messy clean up, you could buy ground chicken breasts and then mix in the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

sounds delicious! For those of you who don't want to process your own chicken you could always buy ground chicken and then mix the other ingredients to it.

This is different and scrumptious with the heat kicked up with scotch bonnet hot sauce! Yes we like it hot! However, processing raw meat is a bit more mess and hassle than I like to deal with. So traditional buffalo chicken with blue cheese on a biscuit suits me a bit better. This recipe is a winner on taste!

This was great!!! Not a big hot wing person but really enjoyed this one for the super bowl. I added a honey bar b que sauce for half of them and everyone ate them up. Had the right amount of heat for all ages. Super Easy!!!!!
