Buffalo Chicken and Potatoes

Ranch dressing and cream of celery soup offsets the spice from buffalo wing sauce in a satisfying, meat-and-potatoes casserole.

I loved the chicken, the potatoes were a little underdone for my liking, just needed more time in the oven I guess. But overall the dinner was absolutely delicious and I would make it again in a heartbeat.

Made recipe to a T and it was great, many raves from 3 very picky adult eaters, will definitely make again!

This was SO good!! My husband and I both loved it! I don't like celery so I used cream of chicken instead and it was delicious! Definitely a keeper in our home

I used smoked sausage with mine instead. It was good but hard to keep lit.

Made this last night for supper. Didn't really care for it. Potatoes were pretty good, but not thrilled with the chicken. Don't think I will make it again.

Great recipe! Something different, just what I was looking for. I made a slightly smaller batch, with 4+ c potatoes, one can of cream of chicken soup, and maybe 1/3 c ranch. Perfect for two (with leftovers). Reducing the ranch, using lowfat soup, etc. is a great way to still make this dish if you want to cut out some fat. Definitely worth a try!

This is delicious and would be great over pasta as well. I cut up the chicken into little pieces and had no issues with it being pink, however even though my potatoes were thawed, it took an extra half hour of cook time for those to cook properly. You could speed up the recipe by precooking the chicken and placing over cooked pasta and I'm sure it would still be great. This is definitely a keeper

Because I had cooked chicken, I used that, cutting it into strips and tossing it with the hot sauce. To bake, I covered the pan with foil for about the first 15 min., then removed the foil and continued baking until the potatoes were done. Delicious and so easy!

This is good but I doubt I make it again. I spent $10.44 on the ingredients. The cooking time needs to be adjusted as it took way longer than the recipe calls for. I cooked it for 30 minutes initially, then another 15, another 15 and the chicken STILL wasn't done and neither were some of the potatoes. I have made hashbrown casserole for years and it is always cooked at 400 degrees plus you don't cover it. Perhaps this is why it took so long to cook because this recipe says 350 degree oven and cover with foil.
