I made this for a family gathering and it was gone in a flash! So easy to make and quick. Great when you are cooking many dishes as you can prep ahead of time. I will make this many times again. So yummy!

This is really simple to make. I also add a splash or two of balsalmic vinegar and it is awesome !!!! I usually by a long loaf of French bread, cut it up and bake it @ 300 in the oven to toast it before I scoop the Bruschetta on it. It is delicious !!!!!
