I made this for our annual July 4th pool party/BBQ along with several other Pillsbury appetizer recipes. Everything was eaten so quickly! Especially this bruschetta. It was a huge hit. It was so flavorful, yet so simple to make. I can't wait to make it again.

This was an amazing Brushetta. I make Brushetta this was a great new recipe. Light & Flaky. We couldn't eat it fast enough. Took it to a party it was gone before I knew it.

Try adding a splash of balsamic vinegar. Also, to prevent sogginess, cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out (and throw out) the seeds before dicing.

This recipe is delicious! Just remember to drain all of the juice from your fresh tomatoes or your dough will be soggy in the middle.
