eggs, onions, bulk sausage, evoo, cheddar or jack cheese
Pilsburry Refrigerated rolls (not flaky kind)
Mushrooms
Zuccini

  • 1 In a pan with olive oil cook up bulk sausage til browned thru. Remove to plate.
  • 2 Add sliced mushrooms,diced onions,chopped zuccini in pan and let it carmelize til done.
  • 3 Roll out each Pilsbury roll into a flat and place in a pie plate until it forms a pie crust.
  • 4 Combine all ingredients together.Place the cooked sausage with vegetables in crust of pie plate.
  • 5 In a seperate bowl beat 3 eggs and pour them into pie plate over everything and add cheese on top.
  • 6 Bake 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.

Feel free to substitute any vegetable for ones you prefer such as green peppers, squash etc..
