Directions

1 Mix up the Brownie Mix and Cake Mix in separate bowls
2 Grease two 9 inch cake pans
3 Pour the cake mix into the cake pans until they are half way full
4 Pour the brownie mix on top of the cake mix and swirl in with a toothpick.
5 Bake according to cake mix directions
6 one they have cooled, stack the cakes by putting chocolate icing in the middle
7 put icing on the rest of the cake and enjoy

I tried this recipe for a Father's Day cake and was very disappointed. The brownie batter never fully baked, it was a gooey mess. I tried to bake them longer so the brownie would bake but the white cake part became hard and overdone. So we were left with a crispy cake with an uncooked middle. I will not be making this again.
