Place steak on broiler pan. Brush both sides of steak with 1/2 teaspoon of the Worcestershire sauce. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until steak is browned. Turn steak; broil to desired doneness, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan combine all remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until green pepper is crisp-tender and sauce is thoroughly heated. Serve over steak.
