Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pat red snapper fillets dry with paper towels; brush with oil. Place, skin side up, on sprayed foil-lined pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Serve salsa over fish.
